About Me

I love travelling, i bet like everyone else here, ;) especially seeing as much as possible of the destination, like the nature around, interesting architecture, the most strengonous hikes and beautiful places for photography. Iam an easy going, adventures, spontanious and thrill seeking but always relaxed guy.
Giving my wife (hasnt travelled alot before we met) and my children the opportunity to see such beautiful places on earth is my no.1 mission.

My profile is my personal, but i'm mostly with my wife and two children. Dont wonder why there are no frontal pics with my family, Karo doesnt like public pictures pretty much.

Philosophy:

If you ask, your maybe a dork for a few minutes, if you dont ask ... for a lifetime!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

normally i dont mind about keeping any stuff active in the internet, but my first CS experience was really good, so i think of using CS permantly in the future.
Since i moved to a sweet little student town iam curious who will be my first surfer i can host.
-Check- Being a host the first time was fun.

Update:
I moved again... .. ... twice, but this time i'll stay for longer. I moved in with my Girlfriend into a sweet little neighborhood.

So for now Couchsurfing is on hold, till my Girlfriend gets infected, too ;))

Update 2:
My Girlfriend became my wife and my wife gifted me with two little girls (no sibblings). So now is the mission to combine CS with family life! exciting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first surf experience on Mallorca was really nice, everything worked out, so iam forward looking to meet new people from different cultures. -Check-
My second trip, again Spain but now Andalusia, was so different to Mallorca and the Couchsurfing experience was also very different, but exciting.

So since i just surfed in my own Country i can tell, its always some fun to meet someone else from the CS community. Love how you all are just love enjoying life! :D

Interests

motorcycles. (Of course, my family, too)

Well, I also love photography. Even if i spent more time getting sad about pictures which didnt work out like I wanted them, and carrying the equipment around, then taking good ones.

Music, Movies, and Books

just 1 book (the only one i read thru) "Socrates - Der friedvolle Krieger" from Dan Millman.

I love movies, all kinds of. My actual favourite is Whiplash.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Hiking down the Havasu Falls in Arizona.

-Being amazed by the beauty of nature while riding a motorcycle in the mountains of Gran Canaria.

-Eating a Steak at Sansibar, Sylt.

-Do a skydive in Nevada

-Falling of my rental KTM motorcycle more then 10 times on an Enduro trip at the Atlas Mountains, Turkey

-Failing at self learning surfing on Waikiki Beach, Hawaii. Well the best moment was managing to stand on the board, for 2 seconds. Hell i surfed that wave like Kelly Slater, atleast i felt like that. :D

-Snorkeling in Anse Lazio, Seychelles. The one moment when i turned and realized that hundreds of fish were swimming just 2 metres below me.
