Time for a new profile, previous ones are below. I've been in Chiang Mai over a year now.

Great spot.

Profile below is v old... the latest skinny, moved to China in Jan 2010, trained kung fu for 9 months, headed to Haiti for 3 months doing the NGO thing, back to China, stuck around Yangshuo, very picturesqe town for almost 3 years.

Then moved to Chiang Mai Thailand, where I'm typing this right now, in an internet cafe full of Thai dudes playing video games.... do girls not play video games?

Been in Chiang Mai since Aug 2013, a lot more orientated than when I first got here. Sure it's a great spot.

Well... I got bitten by the travel bug late, back in 2007, I backpacked in South America for a month... In 2008 I took a year career break from work, and backpacked the world... while I was gone, the banks, greedy developers and an incompetent government broke the country, which worked out well for me, as my company gave me a 2 year break, this time with pocket money!

Time for an update, well, I'm a year and a half into my trip, having spent most of my time in China. Love it here and can't see myself going back to the desk job or rain :D
