About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See the good in everyone

ABOUT ME

Living out of my car some of the time when it's not broken down or stolen. One day I packed my car up with everything I owned, drove from Chicago, and just kept on going.
I love climbing, hiking, camping, staring at the mountains, driving through the plains, and boycotting the wintertime when it's mid-February and I can't stand the solid sheets of ice covering the entire state. That means sitting around my house in my bathing suit drinking fruity frozen drinks with the heat cranked up.
One day I'd love to open a hostel and have the ability to be even MORE hospitable to all you wonderful wanderers out there. When that happens, come camp in my back yard, sleep in my beds, eat my food, and play music.

PHILOSOPHY

love, as a verb.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Spread the word.
I've recruited a good handful of people by word of mouth.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a couple couchsurfers so far. I've officially couchsurfed via the site only once or twice. I've done lots of couch surfing, just not a whole lot of couchsurfing through the site itself. I like using the site for resources in the groups, and getting involved in potlucks and such in different cities I'm in.

Interests

Always be moving, experiencing, meeting.
When my car was stolen it opened up a whole new world of hitchhiking and living out of my backpack.
I like to create, and re-create.

Bluegrass anyone?
Bluegrass ALL THE TIME.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I free-climbed the Flatirons in Boulder. Terrifying, wonderful, exhilarating, breathtaking. And I probably won't ever do it again. But never say never, right?

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn from everyone. We all have something to give and take.
