About Me

CURRENT MISSION

There are some who come to my place and find peace, and there are some who come to my place and i find peace.

ABOUT ME

People who visited my profile read this kafkaesque sentence in my profile before this update: I am working in a bank and i refuse being a banker. I quit my position in the bank and now i am working for a cement producer. The only common thing between these two jobs, though none seems so, is that i'm still auditor. Before i was controlling what people are doing in a bank and now i am controlling how people are doing in a firm. -- Very new update : I quit the cement producer too and now I am a student to be an enterprise architect (I will tell you what it is when we meet). -- I have to travel around the world, one of the few nice obligations that i have to fulfill in this life. I try to speak some languages and learn new ones. I can speak Turkish, my mother tongue, English, French, Italian and i am learning Spanish. I like finance and maths as well as reading books. I hate translations. I am a humanist humorous guy ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Live to laugh, live to be happy...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I swear that hospitality, couchsharing friendship, love and respect, enjoy and fun will live forever and i swear that i'll visit my guest in their countries and take their couch for the grace of this site.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experiences are written below, below, below...

Interests

Lindy Hop in particular and other dances of the swing era too. I dance whenever I hear the tune. This is how my body and brain work. I am dancing at least once a week in the dance parties. I am eager to learn dancing blues. Still looking for a school. If you know one...

When I am not dancing, my interests get around books, maths (no prof), computer programming (RoR), guitar (only to torture myself), finance (bizarre i know), photography, and of course sports (even though it has no effect on my rapidly growing belly), and and and...

Music, Movies, and Books

Any book that nails me to the couch and makes me read it breathless
Any tune that sounds good and feeds my soul
Any film that makes me imagine myself in it
likeee..... let it to be discussed when you come in

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived for 5 months in Urbino. If I had stayed 5 months more, I would have started the renaissance of the 21st century... And of course Dubai, the city as a whole, is a unique experience... One more experience, I was walking in a very cold night in Ottawa. I mean very cold, freezing cold (-20 Celsius)(For lots of you that is OK but i did not see 0 degree till I am 20 years-old. Cold for me was 15 degrees and very cold is 10 degrees. You got it!)

Teach, Learn, Share

Book choosing, new styles of music, indissoluble situation of economics in the world (i have the key:D), moving every ten years in a new city, resetting your life

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Mauritania, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, Italy, Turkey
