My motto is Dance the World. It is the idea of moving through life with rhythm, passion and freedom.
Dancing is a universal language. it transcends borders and connects people from all cultures and backgrounds. everyone, everywhere can dance the world by expressing ourselves through movement no matter where we're from.
But also, it's a metaphor for living with energy, grace and spontaneity.
It's about embracing life with the same enthusiasm and fluidity as a dancer does on stage, letting the rhythm of life guide us through experiences and challenges.
In other words, full-time mover, part-time dance teacher. I live for the movement, music and the drill of the stage whether it is contemporary, classical or contact improvisation in nature.
I love connecting with nature and people who value authenticity.
Definitely, I am into meditation, yoga, hiking, swimming, gym workouts and staying fit
