Hi there!
I am a 26 year old Civil Engineer working at Kolkata. I grew up in the sub-urban red-soil of Bankura district. After that I have been here at Kolkata for past 7 years now, I have also done my graduation in here.
I love travelling. Fortunately my work requires me to travel which is a good thing. I have been to most of the major cities in India, many of the remote villages in West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Bihar.
I am a meticulous planner, I enjoy planning every bit thing my travels. For the most part, I travel solo, but I am friendly, so I make many friends on the way :D
Currently I am planning a big trip. But ssshhhhh, that's a secret!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled to Himalayas, Completed a trek of 13,500ft at Shivalik range. It was a 10 days trek of 65 Km. It was my first trek. Oh! did I mention that I went solo! :P
Yup! I think it's something amazing I have done.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like learning whatever interests me. It's a shame that I didn't have the required patience to continue many of them.
I know very little bit of German. I would love to teach you bengali, if you are interested to know more than "Ami tomake bhalobashi" :P

What I Can Share with Hosts

The place that I live in right now, is my company provided shared accommodation. I also know some affordable good accommodations in Salt Lake area. Let me know if you ever need one.

On weekends I am usually free. And I am willing to show you around my city, which I love by the way. We can explore the exhaustive list of bengali cuisines, visit some good cafes or bars, I can tell you about Kolkata and it's specialities, and who knows maybe I will learn a thing or two. We will probably end up having a nice time. Fingers crossed! :D
