After doing my schooling in Arunachal Pradesh where I was born and brought up, I went to Madras for pursuing engineering degree. But I instead joined Madras Christian College and pursued a career in photography and filmmaking. After completing my degree, I later joined, Mindscreen Film School and studied film and motion photography.

When I finished my studies I started working as an assistant with renowned cinematographer and director Mr. Rajiv Menon. I was engaged in extensive work in the Indian Film industry primarily in the Bombay and Madras working on several TV Advertisement and also in development of feature films under Mr. Rajiv Menon.I have also worked in European countries like Switzerland, France and Turkey for AD Films as an assistant cinematographer and assistant director. I have also worked in Singapore and Indonesia as a freelance on international projects for corporates.

Now, I am doing freelancing work in filmmaking, cinematography and photography.
