ABOUT ME

Growing up in my little hometown back in Argentina I always wanted to travel around, but I never thought that I would actually be able to. But luck piled up somehow and from 2013 onwards I’ve been travelling extensively across Europe on Working Holiday visas, taking odd jobs to support myself, learning languages and continuing my photographic and literary inquiries.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Even though right now room is scarce in my flat (one bedroom - two people), I am willing to meet couchsurfers and show them around, maybe introduce them to friends who can host them. I have in the past hosted couchsurfers, however(for example, one time that my roomate was gone for the weekend). I am all for being nice to people, generally. Meaning I will laugh if I see someone fall. I am human after all.

Intereses

I'm into literature, photography (studying at the moment, had an exhibit back in Buenos Aires), life drawing (which is my new subject of study here in Cork) and the arts in general. Being a translator, any language also interests me in and of itself. I also have pretty vast general knowledge, since I used to loiter around Wikipedia a lot when I was supposed to be "working". Meaning what I have is pretty superficial knowledge mostly, and may actually be probably wrong, but man! it can generally keep a conversation going for hours.

I would love to learn whatever language, especially Swedish. And Russian. Really, any language will do.
