I am Pasang Bal Tamang- Owner of Manikang Nepal Treks and Adventure . I was born in the Timal Kavre district of Nepal and , As you can tell by name, I am ethnic group(as I am sure you can tell from my name!) I followed members of my family and worked in the trekking sector once i left high school. I have had various roles including as a guide and managing a trekking office .

I decited to start my own trekking agency and teamed up with Tenzing sherpa , a young but very experenced guide from the Everest area. Our aim is to develop our business by offering competitive prices to our clients and fair, living wages to our porters and guides while providing the highest level of personal and flexible service.

we donate a proportion of our profits to a charitable school in a poor area near godawari after personally checking the credentials of the charity and visiting the school to ensure the education is high quality .
