About Me

PLEASE READ my profile BEFORE SENDING ME A REQUEST.
As I receive too many requests, I will only reply to those who use the CODE WORD in their initial request, and the code word can be found in my profile, if you read everything...

I'm a Swiss-born lover of animals.
We are vegan.
I share my house with my partner Peter, two chickens, a dog and a cat. My 2 kids have moved out.

I left Switzerland 30 years ago and have lived in Amsterdam and India before settling in Australia.
I like meeting interesting travellers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a traveller for years and met some wonderful and generous people on the road. I have met random strangers along the way who have been incredibly generous to me, that was well before couchsurfing existed. So now I like to repay their kindness by hosting adventurous travellers.
And I like to meet interesting people, who share similar values.

What I Can Share with Hosts

What I can offer guests:

Our house is non-conventional but welcoming. We have only one bathroom which we all have to share. We provide a clean bed and the deal is that you will make the bed for the next guests!

You can join us for dinner (if we are cooking that night...) (or you can cook something yourself - no meat please) You can have breakfast.

It is a BIG bonus if you are a vegan 👍💪👍!

MAXIMUM STAY: 3 NIGHTS.
