ABOUT ME

I'm Pascoe, I'm currently doing a PhD in Molecular Biology in Edinburgh and am looking to get the most out of the opportunities I have to Travel. particularly in the way of exploring cultures, art and history as well as mountains lanes and waterways across Europe while hopefully meeting interesting people from whom I can learn

I take time to enjoy the opportunities that life gives and work hard to make the best of the situations I find myself in.

( because of my work I can only really take people on the weekends)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

me and my house-mate have enjoyed hosting a string of interesting guests and visitors including the occasional large group I've enjoyed meeting such a wide array of people and the new perspective it's given me on my own surroundings. being able to travel through couch surfing has allowed me to see the places I visit through the eyes of people who live there as well as seeing other peoples way of life; to me, this is of great value.

my interests include mountain unicycling, flower sticks, sailing, windsurfing, cycling, philosophy, ted talks, mead, hiking in the mountains, open water swimming, kayaking and running.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

For me each type of music is the embodiment of a different feeling or emotion and as someone who loves to explore and embrace life in all it's fullness including the great rainbow of feeling and emotion I enjoy almost all types of music for the feelings they inspire. I particularly enjoy music I have not heard before. some that often feature are classical, folk-punk, ska and of course rock.

Spent a couple of weeks living with the Maori in New Zealand and learnt traditional Maori weaving and the Haka as well as spending 3 days kayaking in the waitakere ranges.
