About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I don't exatly have a plan yet, but I guess my mission is to meet people from other cultures, learn from them and have fun with them.
ABOUT ME
I'm just a normal guy from Chile who loves to travel.
I started at 17 when I went on a exchange program in Norway, and I just can't stop since. Then I lived for a year in Argentina and a few months in Canada.
I like to stay in cities or countries for more than just a few days so I can truly get to know the people and the culture. It's a great experience, although it means being in less places.
Right now i'm back in Santiago, my hometown, finishing my studies (I have to do it at some point) in filmaking and audiovisual communication.
PHILOSOPHY
Well, there's no single truth. Everything we see has another angle from where we can discover new things. The way to discover this multiple truth is by learning from different points of view, thus increasing our own.
That's why we need to listen and pay attention to other people who think different from us, they might not be "right", but we can always take something from a person's thought and compare/include to ours
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can show the people around my town and get them to have fun. Not just the touristic parts but actually having fun with locals.
I've always recieved people in my place. They are usually people I've meet abroad or friends of them.
So I just thought I would join Couchsurfing and expand the contacts!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Like I said before, I've always had people from abroad come to my place and show them around.
A thing that I love about this, is that forces me to go to places that I otherwise take for granted, so it helps me know the city myself.
