About Me

I'm an ISTJ who enjoys a good book and a conversation about human nature and psychology. I'm a great listener, and once I get to know the person, we can talk for hours.
I lived in the United States for 4 months during my exchange program in 2017. I also worked as an Intern at the United Nations Azerbaijan for a while.

I can't host right now, but shoot me a line on Instagram if you need anything! (instagram.com/babayevsky_)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some people may see traveling as an effort. For me, there's no better vacation than traveling! My dream is to see the world, engage across cultures, try new dishes, learn about traditions and discover new people. I love to hang out with locals and find perfect secret spots, spend time together and make great memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

- Music
I am a huge fan of Florence Welch. I don't think she's from this world. I also love Lorde and occasionally turn on some random indie music.

- Movies
My favorite directors are Lars Von Trier, Yorgos Lanthimos, Ari Aster, David Fincher, Xavier Dolan. Not a big fan of high-budget action films, I'd rather prefer an indie movie that raises a social issue, a fragment of life in-depth. I enjoy eye-pleasing, intuitive cinematography and wish to study it at some point in my life.

- Books
George Orwell is probably my all-time favorite author. Dan Brown's books are my guilty pleasure and I also get pretty excited over Stephen King!
