ABOUT ME

American who considers himself a world citizen. I find everything, literally everything, interesting and am always looking to grow through new experiences. I'm currently spending a semester in Germany as a "study break", although I'm studying here to. I'm really easy going, get along well with anyone, and am very accepting.

Everyone has value. No one has more inherent worth than anyone else.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just learned about couch surfing upon my arrival to Germany two months ago. Since then I've participated in some couch surfing community activities and been part of hosting one surfer. I have contributed to the project and hope to host people once I am back in America and am able.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My only true couchsurfing experience was in Germany with a friend who was hosting someone from Israel. We all ate dinner together and sat around talking the rest of the night. It was amazing how similarly we viewed the world and how easy it was to enjoy each other's company, despite being a group of an American, two Germans, and an Israeli. I treasure new experiences and different outlooks on life, so it was definitely an experience I hope to replicate in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the single most memorable thing that comes to mind was skydiving... twice! If it weren't so expensive it'd be much more.

Assume you're wrong all of the time, and you'll probably be the closest to being right you'll ever be. Trust you can learn something from anyone and anything. Look for something you normally wouldn't. You might be shocked what you see.
