I'm a 27 y/o nomad who left NZ a year ago to do a bit of good old-fashioned exploring. Currently moving between Barcelona and Aix-en-Provence and looking for the next place to call home. I'm a super chill guy who enjoys the experiential - I'm a barista, barman, musician and would like to think all-rounder. My current goal is to find the city for me and learn a new language having been studying spanish for near a year. Current M.O. is not really planning much, trusting my gut and going with the flow. Hope to meet some super folks so let's make memories people!
I'm currently really getting into philosophy and meditation. I have practiced yoga for many years and my trip through Europe thus far has had some heavy challenges which have guided me toward more spiritual/meditation practice and really enjoying the mental development that is happening. Also has drawn me toward people who have similarly open-minded perspectives and passion. Working on that Zen thing 24/7.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

There's something reassuring about the mindset people have if they are on here - regardless of the free bunks I hope to meet some good people in different parts of the world and learn about all the other things that happen outside my bubble.
I was actually on Couch surfing for many years (since 2010) with my account linked to a now deleted email address which I am working on linking back up with all my old information. I have hosted several people in NZ and have been hosted many times during my travels in the US and Canada and have loved the people I have met through this. Believer in karma and trying to give out as much positivity as possible and meet as people with the same vision as me, also trying to reduce the amount of negativity I'm faced with. Attempting to boycott complaining for the distant future.
