About Me

First off... I'm sorry if I haven't responded to requests! I had some away time from this site and traveling, so please forgive me.

CURRENT MISSION

To always gain more wisdom, knowledge, love and appreciation for everything!

ABOUT ME

Hey there! It's been a while, just gettin' back in the traveling game. Grew up in on the east coast, then moved out to Colorado for a bit.
Did some road tripping out to Washington state and WWOOFed on an Island for a while. Traveled a little more, visited family, met an awesome dude! Now you can find us in a little town outside of Asheville, working at a health foods Co-Op.

Steward of the earth, permaculture enthusiast, lover of organic gardening, cooking, baking, banjo pluckin', singing, exploring, Botany, hiking, camping, nature, learning, growing, making pottery, taking photographs, always seeking new adventures and meeting people along the way. My family is very important to me and I love them dearly.
I avoid using microwaves and don't like synthetic chemicals in my food! But don't worry, im not overly paranoid... we're all going to die of something eventually, am I right?

I am very passionate about the environment, living a sustainable life, growing my own food, working with nature in harmony, small cooperative communities, supporting local farms and being apart of one. I would love to open my own little business, based around organic local foods, education, and wild crafting.

PHILOSOPHY

To live my life to the fullest, learning all I can about different cultures, lifestyles, self sufficient living, meeting new people/learning from their experiences, enjoying my life while i'm here on this beautiful earth!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like things that make my heart sing and my body want to dance!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh man, so much! I think just existing on this earth is pretty amazing! Being able to feel the rain on your skin, smell flowers, walk barefoot on the earth, hear singing birds and the perfect sounds of nature... yeah, thats pretty amazing.
But recently I lived in a tent on an island for about 6 months working in an organic garden, growing fresh, wonderful nutritious healing food, it was incredible! I've been on a few road trips around the country and have gotten to meet a lot of really great people. I am blessed, and thankful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am willing to learn anything you have to offer, i am an information sponge!
I will teach you about growing plants, veggies, flowers, herbs. I will show you how to throw pottery (not against a wall but on a wheel... think of the movie Ghost... harhar) I would love to learn more about permaculture, natural building, community living, crafting, philosophy, history, culture, travel, etc etc. I want to learn it all!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A roof, some stories, company, warmth, support, some grub!
