About Me

Ever since I studied abroad in Singapore, I've fallen in love with traveling, experiencing other cultures, and meeting new people. I've backpacked all over Southeast Asia and different areas of Europe. One of my greatest accomplishments and wildest adventures was bicycling from the West Coast to the East Coast of the United States. I am happy to share stories with you about my adventures and would love to hear about yours!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new, interesting people with cool stories to share. Also, like to get a local's perspective of their home city.

Interests

My interests include traveling obviously, along with biking, hiking, kayaking, playing soccer, skiing, rock climbing, trying new foods, and pretty much anything outdoors. I'm always down for a new fun adventure.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all sorts of music, but during the summer I love some chill raggae. Matisyahu is one of my favorite artists. While I was at one of his concerts in Boston I got to climb up on stage with him.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studying abroad when I first traveled outside the US used to be the one amazing thing I've done. However, that adventure inspired me to challenge myself more, which lead to biking across america in honor of my best friend that unexpectedly passed away.

One amazing thing I've done was studying abroad in Singapore for 6 months last, where I had the chance to travel and take in the culture of 7 other Southeast Asia Countries, - Myanmar, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Laos.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach someone a few things about biking and traveling. I'm always open to learning new things. I'm particularly interested in learning about the west coast lifestyle as I'm considering making the switch over from the east to the west.
