About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Work hard, live hard, party hard. Eventually settle down and make babies with the lucky one. Hopefully there will be some time left for travelling too.

ABOUT ME

Hope you will come up with something after we meet :)

PHILOSOPHY

I don't believe in afterlife so apart from trying to live a self-fulfilling life I think it's also important to create something worthy and memorable before I leave. But I don't really care about philosophy too much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't participate too much. In Bratislava I only hosted twice and it was great. The second time it was so intense (hi Sammy and Corinne!) I couldn't take any guests ever after :) But right now I am back so if anyone needs help in Bratislava or just wants to hang around I am here to meet and possibly offer a couch too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Guess it depends on which part of the world you go to. Met some amazing people when me and my friend travelled around Scandinavia. So the experience was great, our trip wouldn't be the same without all the nice people we met through couchsurfing/hospitality.

Music, Movies, and Books

:movies: I love movies from all over the world because watching movies really is a good way of "travelling" in space and time. Generally I prefer club/independent movies to Hollywood blockbusters.

:music: Generally I am a "hip-hop head", but kind of lost touch with it lately. Nowadays I listen to a lot of underground dance and urban music - jungle, dubstep, garage, breaks, trip-hop. I used to prefer dance parties to live music but lately I find myself more and more often at proper concerts. So as part of my job I always enjoy being at a good jazz, alternative rock, folk or metal concert. Good pop is not bad either.

:books: I used to read much more when I was at school. Now that I finished my studies, I'd like to get back to reading lots of different stuff. Well, I'll do when the summer is over :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Really loved Cornwall cliffs and beaches when I was there in April 2007 just days before the tourist season started. It was beautiful and seemed untouched. Geiranger fjord in Norway was unforgettable as well. In the last 3 years I only travelled around Slovakia but I have to say there are some pretty amazing mountains and valleys which are definitely worth seeing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've always thought I couldn't teach anyone because I didn't know much... But in fact I quite often meet people and find out that I can offer them as much as they can offer me. It's all about "natural knowledge exchange" and finding out what people can learn from each other.

Countries I’ve Visited

Norway, Tunisia

Countries I’ve Lived In
