I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all the kinds of things you can't see from the center.

ABOUT ME

After a busy year at University, I am looking forward to hosting some travellers from around the world! I have not been able to do much travelling since I became a student, so hosting some people would keep the travel spirit alive in me.

I study Cultural Anthropology at the University of Calgary, and I work as a line cook at a restaurant close to my house. I am also a huge fan of this city, and would love to show people all of the great things to do here. I especially like to go for epic hikes in the mountains!

PHILOSOPHY

Every passing hour brings the Solar System forty-three thousand miles closer to Globular Cluster M13 in Hercules — and still there are some misfits who insist that there is no such thing as progress.

I have now hosted a few people, and it is a really great experience. It is amazing to meet people from around the world who share the same passion as me!

Musica, film e libri

I love all sorts of different bands... some of my favourites include Clutch, Ween, Mastodon, Against Me!, Th' Legendary Shack Shakers, Dead Kennedys, and anything else that is good.
I also really enjoy down-tempo electronic music, and psy trance.

For books, I enjoy Vonnegut, Huxley, Bradbury, Orwell... and many others.

There are so many to choose from, but the first thing that has popped in my head was seeing Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia at once while in a boat on the Red Sea.
