ABOUT ME
I am a student at the University of Pennsylvania, working on a degree in environmental policy. After undergrad, who knows what I'll be doing. I love traveling and meeting new people. Even though I live in the city, I love the outdoors- especially going hiking/camping in Appalachia.
PHILOSOPHY
When you walk, you know the distance you’ve covered in your tired bones, and it’s impossible to go so far that you lose the thread of continuity between "there" and "here."
Also:
Some people cause happiness wherever they go; others, whenever they go. I would like to be the former.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I haven't done it yet, but I plan on thru-hiking the Appalachian trail.
Something (sort of) amazing that I have done is camp in rural Mongolia for over a month. I learned a bit of the language, bathed in a pristine lake, rode horses for the first time, and made friends.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hmmm... I have a wealth of general (read- useless) knowledge, and am conversational in a few languages. As for what I can teach, I can talk about cars, Philadelphia-based sports, Ireland, or the outdoors/my experiences hiking for hours.
Countries I’ve Visited
Mongolia, South Korea, United States
