Hello, I'm Ana Patricia. I was born and raised in Hermosillo, Sonora, that's in Mexico (near the border with the US). You are welcome to stay in my house if I am available and in the city by the time you are traveling here. I am an outgoing person in the quest of finding my true self and what I really want from life.

I am a graphic designer and I'm official base is in Mexico City, but currently working and traveling in Doha, Qatar.

I'm looking forward making new friends, watch beautiful countries and staying up late just talking and wondering around your city or mine (whichever it might be).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to live near the border and I find very interesting learning other languages and cultures.

In 2009 was the first time that I had a couchsurfing experience and loved it! I made a road trip with my best friend to San Francisco and we met a lot of cool and interesting people. I think that the best part about traveling is the experience you get from getting to know other people, their thoughts, aspirations and dreams.

Since I am a graphic designer, I'm drawn into any kind of art. I like spending my time with my friends and family, reading, running, I also enjoy yoga, riding my bike and going to new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into indepent films and alternative music. I also enjoy listening to popular music every once in a while.

One of my favorite authors is Jack Kerouac, I think he is one of many that inspired me to travel by myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travel through Europe alone, I found myself in situations that could've been dangerous but keeping a positive energy and making new friends along the way helped me get it together and be above any kind of bad scenario.

I am very proud of traveling from Mexico to Europe all by myself, I got lost a lot but everything turned out alright! Made a lot of new friends and memories.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make a few mexican sonoran dishes and salsa picante. Also I can teach you spanish and you can practice with me! Also, if you need a new profile picture or design I will be happy to help you out.

I can tell you about how life is in México. I've lived in many places in Mexico, from the northern part to the center.
