Hi! My name is Pat obviously. I can seperate a description of myself into three easy parts. Im a huge geek and love anything video games, board games, and technology.I love health, fitness, nutrition which inludes yoga, weight lifting, cycling, and martial arts (BJJ, Jeet Kune Do).I have an interest in reading books, learning new skills, and languages.

PHILOSOPHY

You would have to ask me in person because its pretty heavy, however it makes sense why I live my life the way I do with this philosophy.

Currently about to start my first time surfing abroad. The only authority I am is a yoga teacher but I know a bit about traveling and random knowledge about technology and science.

Hitchhiked in Vietnam, took a cruise through Halong Bay, Layed on a Tiger in Chiang Mai. Rode on an elephant. Did a yoga teacher training in India. Hitchhiked again in El Salvador, jumped of a bridge in Guatemala. Volcano Boarded in Nicuragua. Saw childrens boxing in Belize.
