About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Write to travel and travel to write.

ABOUT ME

I am a young soul in an old body loving music festivals and the jam band scene. Since being a frustrated writer most of my life, it’s time to take the cathartic writing tour on the road blogging about it all.
I feel fortunate to have graduated from NAU in Flagstaff in 2008 and get a BS in Enterprise in Society. Sure, I am happy to have finished school and to have achieved an accomplishment, but just as importantly, I became a kid. I became a loving, inquisitive, trusting, and sometimes naïve being, and if you see me at a concert, look for the old-white-haired-fat-guy up in front singing and dancing.
I earned my Doctorate of Divinity many years ago from the Universal Life Church and a minimum donation, but you don’t have to call me Doctor. Hell, you don’t even hafta call me by my name.
There is no future in anything that makes me compete with my brothers or sisters, because it is not necessary to have to out think, outperform, out maneuver, or even out guess anyone to find happiness; however, if you need to do those things, then that is your journey and I do not judge either of us as more enlightened, just merely occupying different points along the Continuum. After a very tumultuous yet fascinating life, I have come to the conclusion that love is the answer, because I searched my soul and I could not see, I looked for God and he alluded me, but I loved my brother and found all three.
Every day is an absolute adventure and every experience has brought me to this very moment, and am happy and content, so it all must have been good, even when I didn’t think so. I do not always know what is good for me and when I set out to make me happy, I seldom succeed and often hurt others, who often retaliate by kicking my karma down the drain. However, when I go with the flow and accept the Universe’s gifts, and share them, then I am truly happy.
I am always right on schedule, doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing.
I travel around in a little Toyota Rav, my motorhome, but leave the passenger seat open for hitchhikers.
I am blogging about the tour at http://nationwide.literaryresearchgroup.org , and about my spiritual odyssey at http://happiness.literaryresearchgroup.org. And am excited to get it all out, so “it” gets out of the way of my fiction.
A friend just told me about CouchSurfing and I am excited to meet people so we can participate in each other’s journey. I also love to take semi-candid photos of those who I meet.
