Overview
About Me
I'm currently living in my hometown working for an organization that helps the developmentally disabled while raising my little boy. I got bit by the travel bug after my first trip to SE Asia when I finished my undergrad at OU. After school, I served in the Peace Corps teaching English in the Philippines, but that was my last BIG stint over seas. I'm headed back out this summer for a few weeks and looking to expand my social footprint by utilizing this amazing site!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had friends and family who have had great experiences doing this so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm preparing for a trip to Belize this summer and hoping to meet some new people on the road. I hope I can build some good karma along the way too! I enjoy meeting new people, especially those from different countries as my hometown is lacking in diversity so it's something i've always craved.
