Well, it's not easy to describe oneself, but I would say, that I'm an opened, idealistic and extroverted person, who is a litte bit crazy and sometimes a litte bit lubberly. I don't take myself that seriously.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a passionate traveler and I love to get in touch with local people to get different perspectives - beyond the surface of commercial tourism. When I'm travelling, I want don't want to see how chamber maids can clean hotel rooms.. I want to see how people live, feel and create their everyday life in that specific place.

Interests

Well, I like traveling, skiing, skidiving, playing the piano, gambling, partying and drinking alcohol. So, just the usual stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I watched at some glue while drying. It took about ten minutes and it was amazing!
Seriously: There is no "One Amazing Thing" I've done. Life is full of stunning opportunities and breathtaking moments. That can be a 20 kilometres walk on the Great Wall of China (while sunset), a six hours ride on a freight train as a stowaway, a 6000-km hitchhiking tour around the baltic sea or a relaxed dinner with good friends, exotic food and colourful refreshing cocktails. And sometimes, it is even the small things, that make a moment unforgetable.
