ABOUT ME

26 year old half German, half Colombian born in Canada who is constantly realizing a lot about herself. Very curious and open. Cheerful and free. Always late. Sometimes stoned. Fairly impulsive but very calm. Accepting, loving, laughing. Favorite things. I really like delighting in things, it's such an undervalued emotion. Life is delightful. Starting to understand my need to do something real, something that brings joy and laughter and CHANGE. I don't know what to do yet but I'm getting there.. slowly.

Four years traveling, many things have changed from when I first made this profile. I've reconnected to my Andean roots, the culture in my blood. I've met my other half, learned Italian with him and connected to the culture of Rome. I've slowed down on moving from one place to the next, taking it all in more and trying to be soft and moldable. Not taking any of my current ideas too seriously because I'm learning that I am constantly evolving, changing, understanding better. I love it.

Surfing is great and I bet hosting is too. We will find out someday, maybe in Berlin very soon, maybe somewhere else.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have met so many wonderful people this way and stayed in places I never thought I would be.

Dancing, laughing, traveling. Music is beautiful, silence is too. Nature, human interaction. Meeting kind people, being inspired. Learning new things (languages, musical intruments, how to tie knots). Hitchhiking. My tambourine. Standing up for what I believe in. Random connectedness with a stranger, making someones day, lifes small but beautiful moments. Reading. Experimenting with normality and reality. Playing ukulele for spare papayas and big, big smiles.

Spent the night staring at the stars above a still Croatian island. Most beautiful night sky. In the morning found a completely deserted cove. It was the most mystical place I've been to in a long time. So still.
Rainbows and circles and mountains and songs <3
Friends and I diving into a giant pool of bread.

Music. You can share with me and I can share with you. Teach me songs on the guitar, we can jam. And tell me your stories. I'm always interested in hearing about other perspectives and experiences. =) As to what I can teach you.. who knows? Maybe ballet or salsa, or parkour (kidding please teach me). Or German or Spanish. And perhaps tips on staying positive when not a single car is stopping for you and you've been standing there for hours... =)
