Overview
About Me
I'm Brazilian and I am currently living in Paris pursuing my Master's degree. I study Political Sociology at the University of Nanterre and I have a bachelor's degree in International Relations.
I consider myself a very communicative person. I love to meet new people, make new friends and explore different places and cultures. I love having conversations about mostly everything, from politics to the meaning of life and the universe.
I am very flexible when it comes to traveling and I will probably be in a good mood most of the time. I always try to make people feel comfortable and happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe it is a great way of meeting new people and having the most fulfilling experiences while traveling. Also, considering I am still a student, I have to admit I am also on Couchsurfing for money issues - and I think this is the beauty of it: people helping each other to make their dreams come true by sharing accommodations and moments.
Interests
My major academic interests are in the field of world politics and economics, but I am also crazy about pop culture so I'll always love talking about music and movies. For leisure, I like to go out to bars, karaokes, and restaurants or being around friends in general. When traveling, I really try to experience local culture, especially food and music.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to almost everything, from Blake Shelton to Anitta, from the Beatles to Rihanna... seriously.
When it comes to television, I love watching series. I'm a Friends and Game of Thrones addict, I also love Sex and the City, Lost, How to Get Away with Murder (how not to love Viola Davis???), Sex Education, Gilmore Girls, Big Little Lies, Grace and Frankie... well, we could spend a lot of time talking about that. I'm also the kind of person who watches the same thing one million times and knows the quotes by heart and keeps making references. I might ask you "have you seen that Friends episode where someone did that...?". So I'm sorry about that in advance.
I used to love reading books, but since I have a lot to read for my research, I have not been reading much literature. Feel free to give me any suggestions!
