I am from the windy city in New Zealand; Wellington. Undertaking my first experience outside of its boarders in and in Europe! I am currently studying in Madrid but am trying to experience as much of this country and Europe as I can.

I love meeting all the lovely people on this continent. I want to see the sites, experience the culture and party with as many people as I can. I am trying to get absorbed within the culture and not just do the tourist things, I real would like to see the local spots, the hard to find gems. I want to meet you and see how you live and play in your little spot in the world :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet the locals. I am trying to see the inside of everywhere I go. To truly experience the culture. meet the locals and find the places that would be hard to find if I am not able to spend a long amount of time in one place. Also i am quite poor :/ trying to make the most of my experience and money haha

I enjoy nature, music especially live music, I enjoy a good party and am always open to new things and experiences. But seriously I really love music and crazy adventures to tell the grandkids about.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music i find hard to say what I like. Basically if it is good music I would enjoy. I love me some electronic of all types, inde/psyc/nosie rock, dub, reggae, hip hop, rap, jazz. You know pretty much anything.

I am pretty obsessed with A Song of Ice and Fire. and also enjoy reading anything by Hunter S. Thompson.

Movies are a lot: any Tarantino, Lock stock, Sin City, Enter the Void, The Road, Dazed and Confused, The Departed, The Fountain, Snatch, In Bruge, The Guard, Easy Rider, Lego Movie, Requiem of a Dream, Brick, Good fellas, LA Confidential and thats all I can think off the top of my head. I love talking about films with film junkies.
