About Me
Hakuna Matata Couchsurfing Community! I am Patrick, a calm, easy going, and very respectful persona. When I get to host you or you’re kindly sharing your space with me, I am interested in you as a person and why you do what you do, so conversation is welcome. At the sms time, I am also totally ok if you just spend the night at mine and vice versa. I have been working in Freiburg as a conflict mediator and teaching assistant at university, currently traveling Latin America after a reforestation film project I was involved in. I love the outdoors and spend time making music with my friends regularly. They say that I am also a good cook, apparently. I have been around the world quite a lot and am over the superficiality that you encounter in many hostels. I want to connect to people and that's why counchsurfing will be my preferred option, always. I am happy about every encounter I make and hope you'll be able to say the same about me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Sadguru, Bruno Latour, Didier Eribon, Jack Kerouac, John Krakauer, Hermann Hesse are amongst my favorite authors.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing up a mountain of 6.088m in Bolivia and working as a fisheries observer in Alaska. No, I mean, its true - but my best experiences truly happen day-to-day when I get to meet my friends and feel at home sorrounded by them.
