I'm a 25 year old from Ireland, who is interested in seeing as much of the world and experiencing as much as I possibly can! After graduating from the university of Manchester with a degree in law, I moved to New York to work in finance. I loved the city, but I found the work wasn't really for me, so when my visa ran out I decided to do something I've always wanted to do and travel the world.

I'm an easy going, down to earth type of person, who enjoys meeting people from all over the world and experiencing the similarities and differences we have. I love sports - especially football (soccer), but I would take an interest in pretty much anything with a sporting aspect to it. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and watching tv/movies

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I've heard a lot of great things from friends about their experiences on couch surfing so I thought I would check it out. The best way to see a country and get a feel for what it is about is always to meet the locals and find out as much from them as you can and I hope couch surfing will allow me to do this!

I like most types of music, and love to read and watch movies. My favourite books are; the picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald and the outsider by Albert Camus. My favourite tv shows/movies are the wire, the sopranos, requiem for a dream and the godfather

I'm trying to learn Spanish, but I definitely would be interested in learning other languages, so I hope that I can learn about languages from others, and help them with their English if they want. I would also be interested in learning about the history of their country and the cultures and customs. Again, I can teach them this stuff about my country if they have an interest in it
