About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life is too short to waste, I want to get out and see the world

ABOUT ME

I'm generally a quiet and easy going guy, I'd say I'm pretty friendly too. I love to stay up late and get up early. I hate being late, but don't mind when other are running a little bit behind. I'm kind of really tall (6'4") and I don't like basketball. I like gay bars, but straight bars can be fun too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had 6 guests stay at my house in Hawaii over the last 2 years. I still keep in touch with all of them and one has even decided to move out to Hawaii for good. I have recently moved into Waikiki and am looking forward to meeting new CS friends.

Interests

I love to cook, I cook all different styles and types of food. Its what I do when I'm bored or frustrated with work. I also love relaxing at the beach in the sun, or learning now things about culture and language when its too cold or rainy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't do a lot of fictional reading, I love a good history or science text book... I know I'm a bit strange.
I love all kinds of music. I mean all kinds. Growing up, my mom listened to country, my dad, classic rock, and my sisters, rap/R&B/pop/top 40. I caught a little bit of all of them and added reggae/Hawaiian.
As for TV- I love British TV the best, and some HBO/Showtime favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Passing my language analysis test and graduating was one of the big moments in my life. It took me year and a half of extreme dedication, culminating with one of the hardest language analysis tests in circulation. Now I'm a proud recognized fluent linguist in Chinese Mandarin.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to speak Chinese and I know how to milk a goat.
