About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Proving myself to be invaluable at my new job! ;)
Trying to fit all I want to do into the limited time given to do it.
ABOUT ME
Upbeat, energetic and reliable.
PHILOSOPHY
Do as you wish - provided others are not hurt by it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've attended a bunch of Couchsurfing Events, hosted people and well... I'm here!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Slept on lots of couches (and my fair share of floors), but thusfar never via "couchsurfing".
Like I said above, the events and cool people I've met through these and hosting is the extent of my couchsurfing experience. A really nice community of utterly unique but somehow like-minded people.
Interests
I cook and bake, watch films and read books and of course eat and sleep in my free time!
I love being active, whether sports, dancing or working outdoors.
Very involved in refugee youth work and urban gardening, as well as numerous other social impact initiatives.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Generally historic novels I like most - regardless whether non-fiction or fiction.
Movies: Drama, Thriller, Rom-Com, sci-fi, etc. My favorites tend to end sentimentally/sadly.
Music: as varied as my movie-tastes, everything from pop through classical to punk.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
To be completely honest the one true answer would be too personal! :)
Experiencing the burgeoning of new life is pretty amazing; I have seen goats, cows and sheep give birth, chicks hatch and seeds germinate.
I've been fortunate to do so pretty incredible things in my life. It might sound a little arrogant, but the most amazing thing I've done is achieving all the major goals I have set myself - bar one... but that again is too personal! ;)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can cook well and having grown up on a farm in the west of Ireland with parents that are more on the "hippy" end of the social spectrum, I learnt alot about self-sufficiency.
