About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to live

ABOUT ME

i'm a kentucky fried home skillet who just recently started eating vegetables. my knees are knobby, my ears are funny, and i eat an entire cadbury bar in one sitting. I am laid back and enjoy meeting new people that smile!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and host. Haven't been surfing lately because I am finishing my last semester of school. I enjoy hosting people! Although I must say, it really makes me want to be traveling again!

Interests

the weather, bacon, laughing, cheesey jokes, mountains and deserts, drinking water, backpacking, concerts/festivals, skiing, soccer, longboarding, clouds, dreams, sunglasses, tasty beer and flying kites.

Exploring the world and seeing as much as I can. There is such beauty everywhere and I think it is crucial for people to expierence everything they can.

In general, just having a grand ole hootin gravy of a time.

Music, Movies, and Books

movies = the ones that leave me analyzing, thinking and talking about it. funny ones are also awesome.

music = the tunes that get me movin` (not in the sense of leaving). (jam, bluegrass, classic rock, electronic, reggae, hip-hop)
I love Railroad Earth, they are a great psuedo jamgrass band.

books = the captivating ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in rural Louisanna for a couple of months after Hurricane Katrina. The group, Emergency Communities, worked to rebuild the community, not just homes. The time down there really showed the power and love of the human spirit and just how, when everything seems destroyed, a positive light can be shed through human interactions!

Countries I’ve Visited

Anguilla, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saint Lucia, Singapore

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, United States
