Resumen
Sobre mí
IMPORTANT: I live with my wife from Peru and we are only able to host you during the weekend (Friday-Sunday).
Since I was a child, I tried to explore the nature and dreamed of the possibility to see the world without being limited. Growing up in the countryside brought up less limits and was the perfect environment to live the little adventures as a child already. With the age of 20 I moved to bigger towns and tried to find the perfect city to live in. Within a few years I changed my base in some cities, but the dream of travelling never went off. Indeed it got deeper and deeper into my mind. That´s why the huge interests in new adventures and journeys have never ended yet. I would describe myself as a curious young man, who will never give up trying understanding his own life and the world. The positive vibes, curiousness and energy let me always reach my goals in life and constantly run into a countless amount of people from all parts in the world. This is the most meaningful part of my daily existence and through my time while journeys. Even though my profession is engineering, there is an incalculable quantity of interests. Through connections to new people I try to understand new ways of thinking and extend my knowledge besides that. Furthermore meeting new people is a great opportunity to exchange inspiration and experience. Friends would describe me as a funny, very open minded and generous person with a loyal and big heart.
There is a bicycle in Santa Fe (Argentina) waiting for new tours in Argentina and Chile, after i finished a big journey in 2015. Contact me, if you are up for an adventure of this kind ;-)
I do not really work on my social media, but my wife does: Instagram: @iripatina
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
From my point of view, Couchsurfing is far more than a platform to find a sleeping place in a new city. While my first big journeys in 2010 (Canada) and 2014-2015 (North-America, South-America and Europe), I had phenomenal experiences with people from Couchsurfing. Most hosts became friends and also travel partners. That´s the part of Couchsurfing I appreciate the most. Personally I like a mixed way to travel with camping/ couchsurfing/ hostels/ hotels and sometimes even homeless-nights. The heterogeneous combination made me always appreciate where I stay and who I get in touch with. Every of these ways has good and bad sides. Couchsurfing is definitely the most intense way to get in touch with a stranger and maybe even meet the friends and family. I also like to exchange my life-experience with a completely new person and talk about interesting topics to gain inspiration for both. Furthermore the possibility to stay with a local person and get to see the hidden parts of the environment fascinates me a lot.
That´s why I want to give back even more than what I got since I am back home.
Intereses
Meeting new people, getting to know new cultures, exchanging experiences, gaining inspiration, connecting with different languages, feeling the nature and the different way in another city, eating good food, drinking good beers, enjoying a good nightlife sometimes ;-)
