A 20+ year professional chef who has decided to take some time and travel ala Anthony Bourdain before I have to report to work in Vail, Colorado. I plan on traveling across the country using Hostels and Couch surfing because I enjoy meeting and talking with new people. I just finished a summer in Nantucket and will start my trip in Boston.
