About Me
ABOUT ME
My name is Patrick Mayne. I lived my first 6 years in Misiones (Argentina) in the fronteer with Brazil, by the amazon rainforest. I completed my highschool education in Buenos Aires, and moved to Copenhagen to pursue my bachelor education.
I finished it June 2017 and jumped head-first into the next: a master degree in Economics in China. To make things more interesting, I moved from Copenhagen to Beijing entirely by train! Across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Mongolia and China.
Feel free to check my TEDx talk in youtube! Should be able to find it if you type my full name. It will give you an impression of who I am
NOW:
After 2 years in Beijing, I finished my Master's degree and decided it was time to another round the world adventure: this time I will go From Beijing to Copenhagen by train/bus, this time through China, kazakhstan, kirgistan, Uzbekistan, turkmenistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgia, turkey, and the rest is not planned yet...
I am doing this trip with my badass girlfriend, a Danish girl I met during my studies in Beijing, where she studied Neuroscience (though she is also an actress - how cool is that!)
PHILOSOPHY
Life is awesome. Simple over fancy. I believe that life is about experiences, and that good willpower its all it takes. Until now, I havent been disapointed.

Music. I cannot live without it. All classic rock and folk. Books: loads. Most of the weight from my bagpack is books actually
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved from Copenhagen to Beijing entirely by train for 31 days. Crossed walking from Spain into France through the Pyrenees, and more interesting stories I'll save for over a beer/tea
