About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am currently on what I've been calling my "Spirit Quest", which is me travelling along this incredibly beautiful coastline of ours (with several stops along the way) and looking for a new life up north.
ABOUT ME
I'm funny, charismatic, humble, and sarcastic almost to a fault. I'd like to think I can make friends with anyone, though I talk a lot (when allowed or encouraged) which may not be everyone's cup of Earl Grey. I've recently had a growing fascination with learning as much as possible in a whole gamut of topics, including space, ancestry, and just people's stories and experiences. I honestly believe that everyone has a tale to tell or some advice to give, and I want to hear it.
PHILOSOPHY
Learn as much as you can in a wide variety of topics. Unless it puts you in harm's way (and even still) you should never have an excuse (especially fear) not to experience something new. Everyone has a story, take the time to listen.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm looking to surf couches, futons, armchairs, hell, even a sleeping bag on a driveway or a lawn works for me.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Ab-solutely none. I'm a noobie, so be gentle.
Interests
Music (all types, from Frank Sinatra to Lupe Fiasco), movies (any and all), TV (from Game of Thrones to Downton Abbey), comics, reading (lately at least), stand-up comedy, conversation (from the inherently pointless and silly to the deep philosophical, which are one in the same sometimes), traveling, and experiencing everything that I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Almost everything.
Music: Currently I just filled up my iPod with 8,000+ songs and I'm going through them all alphabetically without skipping. Lately my jams have been from Al Green, Lupe Fiasco, Childish Gambino, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Atmosphere, and Bob Dylan.
Books: I'm trying to rekindle my love for printed word, so I've been reading as much as I can in front of a beautiful landscape. I just finished Everything Matters!, and Coma, and currently I'm reading Blood Meridian and Salem's Lot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Currently on a "Spirit Quest", and considering I haven't had much risk or adventure in my life until now, I consider this to be amazing
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn as much as my mind can handle. As far as skills that I possess, I'm a jack of most trades, but a master of none. Not yet at least, maybe I'll find I have a natural talent for basket weaving or something.
