I’m Patrick a 27 year old engineer from the UK. I’m currently on a 3 month trip around France whilst I’m trying to learn French. I’m a big outdoors person and love hiking, mountaineering, swimming and just being surrounded by nature generally. I have travelled extensively, usually backpacking and mainly in Africa where I have spent almost a year.

So I can have a more authentic experience when travelling and connect with local people rather than just being stuck doing the same touristique activities.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve hiked the Annapurna circuit, a 2 week trek around one of Nepal’s highest mountain massifs where I climbed up to 5400m at the high point of the Thorung La pass.
