One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have now gone to a 10 day silent mediation retreat twice in my life. It was some of the hardest work I've ever done, but also some of the most important. My time there has inspired me to make meditation a part of my daily life, on and off the cushion, I'm more than happy to share what the experience was like at the retreat, as well as inform anybody about how to participate.
