I’m Dominika and I’m 19 years old. I really like talking with people about totally various topics 🤪 and I try to speak English as best as I can (I had advanced English at school) but my specialty is Kashubian! I wrote matura exam from this lamguage ♥️ I wanna to do gap year or study special education, because people with disabilities are the most honest persons on the world and their smile is unvalued 🥹 I’m really big adrenaline junkie and a big fan of series, especially rom-coms and adventure movies. I live good talks and night walking with a good company. I love animals and good quotes! I can’t wait to see anybody who reads it, on the world paths! 😇

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are on Couchsurfing, because we want to meet new people from the places in the world we never have been. We want to learn about different cultures than ours from other people perspective (not only from the internet) and especially we want to learn about interesting, unconventional and original places, where there are not millions of tourists! 😜

I absolutely love all kind of music, but my favourite is rock. I listen to Queen, David Bowie, Pixies, The Smiths, The Smashing Pumpkins, Linkin Park, Metallica, Nirvana, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Hole, Fleetwood Mac, Florence + The Machine, Dawid Podsiadło, Myslovitz, Maanam and a lot more.

My favourite book is "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee, but I read a lot more. I want to read more books than I have time.

I also watch a lot of movies and series. One of my favourite is Game of Throne.

Music is my way to stop the world for a minute and listen what I really want 🦋 I like various types of music. Movies - OMG! I love them! Especially romcoms, thrillers or animated films 🎥 About books… I have full shelf of books that I wanna read! 😃 but I prefer articles about psychology 🧠 and interesting things or phenomena 🦄

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

PATRYCJA:

● When I was only 16 I decided to take a part in Erasmus+ and I was in Ireland for month. I was there for intership and live with a host family.

● I took part in some projects that my friends were leading and we painted some murals in local schools and bus stations - we wanted our village to be more colourful and bright.

● Decided to go on a trip with my friend and now we're travelling across Italy!

DOMINIKA:
it's more than one thing, but I think it's acceptable :)

# I survived a snake bite 😂, because I’m working in a Mini ZOO

# Starting work in a carpentry shop - I totally didn't expect it from myself 😁

# Coordinates social projects. I've already written 5/6 - the first of them at the age of 16 😇

PS. It’s not about it but I want to write this XD

I am a hurricane person. I do everything and nothing, but the well-being of other people is very important to me! :)

BOTH:
● Spending a night outside of Pisa Centrale Stazione, because we had no place to stay and our host just disappeared like a ghost 👻
