About Me

I'm a full time student of Warsaw University of Technology, field of study - Telecommunication Engineering. As a travel lover I'm a member of the student organization IAESTE Warsaw which organizes international internships for students, providing them with technical experience. I love to see new places, meet foreign people and cultures, try different activities and spend leisure time actively (however, sometimes I can spend all day playing video games in my own room - it's my dirty pleasure :p).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for some great people who would like to host me (maybe with a friend). It would be awesome if you could show us your city, hang out or just have some good conversation with us. I love travelling and think that meeting new people is one of the best aspects of this.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - almost every music genre, especially alternative and indie songs

Film and book - mostly fantasy and sci-fi, my favourite movies are "Interstellar" and "The Martian". I am a BIG fan of Game of Thrones (TV series and books too).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took part in The Tall Ship Races 2017. It is annual big sailing event on The Baltic Sea for young people from all over the world. I slept on big sailing Polish ship called Fryderyk Chopin which is over 180 feet long, has 25 sails and 2 masts. I visited Estonia, Finland and Lithuania where I met people from all around the world while taking part in the sailors parade. The race lasted for two weeks, my most memorable moments include climbing the 121 ft mast, surviving incredibly powerful wind which broke one of our sails and almost 40 degree tilt - even though I wanted to puke, it was a truly amazing experience, especially that while walking, one of my feet was stepping on the floor and the second on the wall.
