ABOUT ME

Cześć! I'm Patrycja and..I always find this part the most difficult to write.
On the daily basis I work helping people around the world learn English on an online platform, but that is just part of my life.
Most of my dreams and plans relate to traveling and exploring new places. I always have too many ideas where to go and what to see, so in the end I cannot decide! I'm a mixture of a home loving person, attached to my family and home, and a person with constant desire to go, see, experience and explore which, I think, is a pretty healthy combination in my case.
I am an open-minded person, eager to listen and talk. I think that every person I meet brings something new to my life, every place I visit gives a broader perspective and teaches me to value and appreciate what I have even more.

I used to say that I'm dreaming about visiting as many places as possible, but now I'm taking it from the sphere of dreams and implementing in my traveling plans. My next destination- who knows what life will bring!

Interests

I studied English philology, specialising in literature and culture, therefore, this is a significant part of my interests. After studying English literature rather thoroughly, I returned to Polish poetry and prose, enjoying the beauty and uniqueness of Polish language. Don't worry though - I won't bore you with discussing my poetic preferences :)

I'm not a party-all-night person, but I love spending time with my friends talking, cooking together and playing board games (I assure you there is much fun in that than you probably remember from your childhood!).
After work I regularly practice hatha yoga and complete it with running from time to time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't like the idea of confining myself to only one music genre. It all depends on my mood and attitude. I listen to classical music (especially when I'm studying), film music, pop and rock. I do like though Kings of Leon, Imagine Dragons and The Lumineers.
Literature is one of my greatest interests. Reading books is extremely enriching and has the power of changing our lives, personality and view of the world. Same as travelling!
