Hello! I'm Patryk and I'm a student right now. I live in Kraków and I study the Asian Studies (specialization: Central Asia) in UJ (Jagiellonian Uni). I love life and sport, so I'm trying to catch every moment of it. That's why I'm doing quite a lot of things right now - not only study is important :D

So, that's why I am in a quidditch team from Kraków (Krakow Dragons). For real! That game from Harry Potter series. And before giving me first question - no, unfortunately, we don't fly :( We just run with a broomstick between our legs. We have quaffle, bludgers and snitch! I can talk about it non-stop so if you've got interested about it don't hesitate to ask me about it when we meet.

Of course I love not only quidditch, but also other sports, especially football (or soccer, cheers America and Australia ;)).

But you know, knowledge is also important, so I belong to Far East Student Organisation in my city ;) That region is not only my science field, but also a great passion, especially history and politics.

Last but not least - I'm positively freaky about board games and Role-playing games.

As you see, I'm interested in many things, so we can always find many topics to talk ;)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing, because I like to meet new people, their culture and their vision of the world. I also love to share my experience with other people. I was a bit shy, before I start my Uni, but when I open myself to other people...strange thing happen...they opened themselves on me, and that is a great feeling, so I want to meet even more people. Cause every place means nothing without people, who lives there :)

音乐、电影和书籍

Music - I listen a various types of music, but my favourite is folk music (for example Beltaine or Krzikopa). I also love polish bands (Lao Che and Riverside (they singing in english)

Movies - My favourite one is Matrix....but I don't believe that my life is just a imagination and the real world is controlled by machines ;) I don't have a favourite type of movies.

Books - I loved fantasy books, but now I mostly reading history books, non-fiction or connected to Asian politics ;)
