As possibly you could have noticed, I am half polish and half vietnamese and I definitely love that. Unfortunately I don't know as much about Vietnam as I know about Poland but I can tell you what kotlet, barszcz or bigos is .

I love meeting new people around the World, eating local food and also I've heard many good things about this... so why not?
