I have worked as a freelancer now for most of my work life and even if it doesn't give me big money, it gives me the freedom to organize my own schedule and to decide when and how long I want to take time off. I like slow-paced and quiet, yet have been living in cities for almost all my adult life. I am a big nature lover and wherever I go, I will look for the next botanical garden, park, mountain or simply the garden around the house.
I believe that people as well as animals should be free(d) and haven't touched meat in 10 years now. As much as I can, I buy clothes from a second-hand shop and am happy our district offers composting.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Because like everyone here I like to travel and to see the world!!
Even if it doesn't look like we have many couchsurfers, we have friends and family staying with us quite regularly.

Intereses

I have been taking voice lessons since I was 16 years old. My classical repertoire includes lieder by German composers as well as arias, preferably sung in German or Italian. Together with my boyfriend David, a wonderful and very talented musician himself, we sing Beatles, musicals, traditional songs as well as his own compositions accompanied by guitar.
Wherever I go, I will bring my camera and at the end of a trip for example, I will put together a nice photo album to share with friends and family around the world.

Nothing big but I haven't bought a smartphone (yet) and sometimes travel without any electronic device...
When I was a student, I babysat twins from the age of 5 months!! I even lived with the family for a while until the kids were around 3 years old.

We can share our apartment, which is clean, cozy and very green. There is many music instruments here, some hand-crafted. We like ambiance created through nice lighting and open spaces. I can show you beautiful pictures and am always eager to enjoy nature together. Getting around with public transportation or even by car makes it quite easy.
