CURRENT MISSION

To L.I.V.E and to L.O.V.E.
I am planning an 1-year travelling journey in Italy to write a book about wine and food culture of Italy.

ABOUT ME
My Vietnamese name is Dung (D spelled like Z), but my friends called me Patricia, which way you feel easier to spell.
I am from Hanoi, Vietnam, and spend all my time here for 1 thing: wine! I am teaching wine knowledge, consulting clients and my colleagues everything related to wine.
But, even I love wine a lot, it sucks to spend all my time for it (lol). I love travelling and meeting people. So, let's go travelling and let's hosting and surfing.

For hosts: I have not surfed much. So ask me any questions you would like to know more about me.
For surfers:
I was more extrovert, but getting calmer and more introvert.
But still open enough for true travelers :)
I can talk a lot, take you around, even go crazy and join the trip in Vietnam with you.
But I might be quiet, busy working, calm and just want to be relax, and please understand that may be the hard time at work. Don't mind my calmness, it has nothing to do with you, just enjoy your stay.
I am really busy so I might answer your request few hours before you arrive. So please try to check message when you arrive.

PHILOSOPHY

Love should be aged.

Sometimes love is like wine. If you get to open a disappointing bottle, you always have chance to find another bottle that would be better. And life is to short to drink bad wines.

Managnimity and mercy are not only for others, but also for ourselves. Understand their egos, to forgive. Then achieve egolessness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Making friends, meeting friends and missing friends. :)

* It was unforgettable memory when I decided just in 30 minutes after my two CS friends left Hanoi to Hoi An, that I booked a ticket to travel with them for 2 days in Hoi An. Just 30-minute-deciding for a great trip.

* It was sweet and nice when a CS friend sent me a message at midnight when he was in the rain in a small village quite far from Hanoi. There's always a friend asking "How are you?", and for telling "How you are". She's on Couchsurfing. :D

I won the Best Sommerlier of Vietnam in 2016 and Second-runner Best Sommelier of Asia 2016

I worked 2 months in a Japanese film production project to make a film for NHK. Being a part of the team to make 1 film is just amazing for me as I am not in the film industry.
