About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a nerd, and I'm proud of it. I can be a bit of a dork sometimes.... in a funny way. I am open minded, and eager to learn anything. I love traveling, meeting new people, and learning about other countries' cultures and traditions. I LOVE dancing the nights away. I guess my personal motto would have to be "Work hard, play harder" ;)

I am in love with the San Francisco Bay Area and I would love to go back and live in SF for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short...follow your heart, smile and enjoy the little things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend just introduced me to this CS culture, and I love the idea of it!

Music, Movies, and Books

My all time favorite book is The Picture of Dorian Gray followed by anything by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

My favorite movie is Legends of the Fall, but I also love movies that make me think....and I have to confess I enjoy watching chick flicks. I use my brain for work and I need brainless entertainment once in a while. ;)

Music... anything really. But I have to say my favorites are House music, Latin (that I can dance to), and alternatie rock to relax.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to a different continent without really thinking about it, where I didn't know anyone.... just to follow my dream. It's not too exciting, but I hear it was a brave thing to do. I just followed my heart! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy learning pretty much anything! I try to learn something every single day, and I think CS would help a lot in that sense. I would like to learn about different cultures, and languages.
I can share my culture (food, traditions, language, dancing), and if you are interested in engineering, I am more than happy to talk about what I do.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Guatemala, Switzerland, United States
