I can give travel advice on Indonesia in particular, but also for the other countries I've travelled through.

I'd be happy to give some advice or encouragement about going to /getting started in the gym, maybe especially to women as it can feel a bit intimidating to first step in there. You can also come along with me if you like, and we can train together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not that nerd that knows everything about something - so there's nothing obvious for me to put here. It depends on the host, of course!

Maybe I can teach you how to cook something particular, or how to tighten your budget, or how to make friends with a sheep, or encourage you to go to the gym even though you feel intimidated by all the big guys, or maybe we'll just share a bar of chocolate and a good conversation and be happy with that.
