About Me

I try to write my own story, and want to meet people to write it with me! I want to explore this world (ideally other worlds too if I can become an astronaut), and get to know the people that live on it. I want to learn new languages, new skills, try out crazy activities, say yes. I am not actually crazy, don't be afraid, but I want to believe in the fact that I will be happier if I smile and act spontaneously. I discovered this part of myself last year in South-East Asia when I really started traveling not for pure tourism but for adventures! I realized I was able to achieve great things, take up great challenges and making myself me proud, so I want to experience this feeling more and more.

While I am involved in my Robotics studies, I want to be more than a good student, I want to be a complete more than my studies, and I want to feel fulfilled. So I decided to embark on a great adventure:
Hitchhiking from my home to central Asia from April to August and discover the people, the culture and the landscapes on the way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Best way to make a great story is to have great characters in it! I think CS might help find these people! :)
More seriously, since my ultimate goal is to meet people and learn about their culture on my hitchhiking journey, there's no better way than with CS!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surely I have a lot of already written chapters of my story that I have fond memories of that I would love to share with you, including a lot of crazy things that happened last year during my exchange year in South-East Asia:
- Running away from an orang-outan in Sumatra, Indonesia
- Scuba Diving in WW2 warships in Coron, Philippines
- Motorbiking my way in Northern Vietnam, and about everywhere in Indonesia

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share about my culture, my experience a student in Robotics in Switzerland, my travels, I can teach some French (and some Indonesian if I haven't forgotten yet!), I also really like to share what pictures or videos I capture either with my phone, my GoPro or my drone!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Great discussions, cool stories, hanging out, hiking, any quality moments where we can learn about each other and have fun! :)
