Overview
About Me
I am a relaxed and down to earth guy. I enjoy spending time with my friends and making people laugh. We only have one life so it is important to make the most of it. I am friendly and open-minded and I am motivated to try new things whether it is going to a new country, trying new food or trying an activity for the first time.
I am a third year student studying French, Chinese and TESOL at the University of Exeter (England). However, I am on my year abroad at the moment in China (Shanghai). I am studying Chinese at Fudan University and I am throughly enjoying. I am able to learn so much about the Chinese language and have been presented with so many opportunities to immerse myself in the Chinese culture.
In my free time, I play badminton with my friends, go to the cinema, read books, listen to music, travel, hang out with my friends, go to new restaurants or attempt to cook/come across new dishes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I would like to meet people from different countries, ages, backgrounds, walks of lives, personalities and cultures. Not only this, I would like to share many things with the people I encounter i.e. my home country, language, interests and skills. It would be nice to make long term friends where we could keep in contact and meet up in the future. I want to be able to hang out with people I meet on Couchsurfing get to them as people while being able to create good memories.
